A lot of my friends use SparkPeople to track their exercise and eating habits and they are obsessed and having fun doing it! You should check it out, it has videos on exercises and really interesting articles. I'm just not a good diary journal person and always forget to keep track so I try to exercise whenever I'm overwhelmed with school and whatnot it helps.

But speedwalking IS the best - it's therapeutic and relaxing. I live in chicago downtown area so it's really easy to start pacing up and speedwalking through crowds of slow walking tourists. Sometimes, I walk to a different neighborhood to get away from my everyday life and log some writings and sketches. Water is a must but also try your best to lay off of soft drinks! they are evil.

I hate to be negative, but this food pyramid chart is not a healthy diet, it is another form of SAD (standard American diet).

Having grains & pastas as a major part of your diet leads to a very unhealthy life.

And, the American Diabetes Association recently released the info that they admit that artificial sweeteners contribute to the chance of developing diabetes & contribute to obesity.

But congrats on the weight loss! I hope it continues for you. :)

the deer bothered our garden once and never came back (thank goodness) they nibbled on the beans at the end of the row and ate the tops of a few of my sunflowers. I put a few pots of marigolds at the end of the rows, don't know if that helped or not, but they never came back. A few years ago we used an electric fence, but it became a pain to deal with, so we took it down and crossed our fingers.

They are fabulous looking mushrooms I can see why you want to make some. I am sure the technique for cutting a lattice pastry pattern would look quite similar if done in the right way. Why is it so hard to explain these things in words!

I am sure your Baby will do fine but of course you can't help but worry. My son moved up to secondary school at 11 and is now nearly 15 and I still see him as my baby, even though he is 6 inches taller than me :oD I recently had a wobbly day over letting him go off for a day with his friends from school. Hello my name is Gearldine Charles, I currently live in Ohio, but I have relatives in West Virginia. I was there a couple of weeks ago to visit my aunt that lives in Flatwoods. We went to Bear Fork to see bands performing. Thats where we saw the Methany Family...excellent band! They sang Bluegrass and I hope I get a opportunity to see them again. Tell everyone their name and hopefully more people can come see them play and sing.
