Oh yes! I said EVIL!!!!
Sure, it seems innocent enough. You join up, put a banner on your site, enter your blog post, then start browsing through the other THOUSANDS of participants. Nothing EVIL about that, right???
That's what I thought, until.....
Instead of running the sweeper...
Instead of doing the dishes...
Instead of scrubbing the tub...
Or washing the dog... Yikes, or straightening that mess behind the door (don't look!)... I'm reading blogs...
Even Sammy, who stayed home sick, is more productive than I am today.... she's making Easter cards!
I really should be dusting instead of perusing blog after blog...
Or, perhaps, working on my crafts?
Or, better yet, ordering plants and seeds for the garden... but NOOOOOOO.....
I'm up to number 876, which is right above my own entry btw, and not getting a single thing done at home! There are several days left, and several HUNDRED blogs to go through!!!
So, don't be tricked into believing that the Ultimate Blog Party 2009 is a good thing.
I'm tellin' ya!! It's EVIL!!!!! ;-)

I won't tell if you won't...I skipped to the 700 and worked my way down. LOL I still need to go back to #1 its only MOnday...there are plenty days left to kick aside that house work and blog hop

The secret is to pace yourself! Allow a certain amount of ime and than get up and go do a 15 minute boogie! go to flylady and find out more.

You're so honest about it though. I'd never post photos of how awful it can get when I'm doing more important things than cleaning! But every one needs a break now and then right?
